Movable Type 5.13, 5.07, and 4.38 patch

Dear all,

We found an issue in Movable Type 5.13, 5.07, and 4.38 and created a patch to resolve it.
If you see "Template load error" after upgrading to 5.13, 5.07, or 4.38, please consider to apply this patch.


There is also a tutorial for plugin developers.
